EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD FEBRUARY 18, 1971 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice therof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, Monday, the 18th day of February, 1971, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Cotmcilmen Grauel, Linebarger, Anderson and Curley and the following were absent: None Member Grauel moved its adoption: introduced the following resolution and RESOLUTION NO. 5602 RESOLUTION RELATING TO ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN STREETS AND UTILITIES IN WESTERN HILLS NO. 4 ADDITION WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated, as developers, have platted Western Hills No.4 Addition and therein dedicated certain streets, and pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance have undertaken to grade, sur- face and construct concrete curb and gutter, install sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer utilities on said streets within said plat as follows: WOODHILL DRIVE from KENT to MACKUBIN STREETS; south half IONA LANE FROM DALE TO MACKUBIN STREETS; KENT STREET FROM WOODHILL DRIVE TO IONA LANE; MACKUBIN STREET FROM IONA LANE TO COUNTY ROAD "C". WHEREAS, Ban Con, Incorporated, have filed and also made their request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets and utilities by the Village of Roseville, and WHEREAS, the Village Public Works Director has examined and inspected said streets and utilities and filed his certificated indicating that the construction of said streets and utilities have been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets and utilities by the Vi1l age.
