<br />EXTRACT OF HINtHES OF ~IEETING OF THE VI LLAGE <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, r-UNNESOTA - HELD <br />February 22, 1971 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursucmt to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was <br />duly called at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, Monday, February 22, 1971, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Grauel, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />~1ayor Moll <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOWTION NO. 5609 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING CONGHATULATIONS TO BAN-CON, INC. <br />FOR AWARDS RECEIVED DURING 1970 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during 1970, the Ban-COIl Corporation received <br />for their Westwood Village Trnvnhouses the Minneapolis <br />Hanebuilders "Reggie Award", The American Wood <br />Council's award for excellence and the Minnesota <br />Chapter of the American Institute of Architects merit <br />award for townhouses; and the Hillsborough Office <br />Building received the American Institute of Architect's <br />merit award for outstanding design; <br /> <br />NOW, 1HEREFORE, the Village COlmcil of the Village of <br />Roseville does hereby extend its contratulations to <br />the Ban-Con Corporation for the received awards of <br />excellence and to express its gratification that it <br />was a local developer that received the awards. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Grauel and upon a vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the following voted against: None <br />
