<br />Extrac'c of rlJ.inutes of Meeting <br />of Village Cou~cil <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />March 8, 1971 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 8th <br /> <br />day of Marcp, 1971, at 7:30 o'clo~{ p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Moll and <br /> <br />Councilmen Linebarger, Anderson, Curley and Grauel~ <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Linebarger introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption~ <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5610 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br /> <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of a <br />portion of Cohansey Boulevard and Bossard Drive, north of County <br />Road B by the installation of sanitary sewer and bituminous <br />street and concrete curb and gutter, filed wifu the council on <br />March 1, 1971, and asking that the entire cost of the improve- <br />ments be assessed against the petitioner, is hereby declared to <br />be signed by the 100 percent of the owners of property affected <br />thereby in conformity with M.S. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to the Village Public <br />Words Director and he is instructed to report to the council with <br />
