Form 2523 (5-70) RESOLUTION At a (regular) (special) meeting of the NO. 5611 ViUap,:e Council of the Village of Roseville duly held on the--8.-day ofMarC'Q , 19aL-, the following Resolution was offered by MAmhP.,.. , Grauel seconded by M!mber Curl ey , to-wit: WHEREAS the Commissioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specifications for the improvement of a part of Trunk Highway Number U8 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number '36 wi thin the corporate limi. ts of the Villue of Roseville from the at Victoria St. to _ ; and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as S.P. 6g).2-97 (36=118)__ and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 6212-~9=~~ ' which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1968, as amended by Supplemental Specifications, dated July 1, 1969, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of Trunk Highway Number U8 renumbered as Trunk Highway Number 36 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Vi 11aie Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisionslt as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
