<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of RDseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on MOnday, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />8th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 19'11-; at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll, Co1.D1cilnen Anderson, <br /> <br />Linebarger, Grauel and Curley <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Linebarger <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5613 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT 68-11 <br />(County Auditor No. 789) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for <br /> <br />Storm Sewer Improvement 68-11 <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />adopted on <br /> <br />October 13 <br /> <br />, 196~ was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportion of <br /> <br />the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
