<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Ros eville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Ulxington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />g1:h <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Aqust <br /> <br />, 19 Zl..-, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: MayOT Moll, Co\mc:ilmen Andersen, <br />Curley, Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Cl.1rl~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5105 <br /> <br />RESOLtrrION REIA TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELA.TING TO <br />CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENl'S' NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, 64-5, and 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minne- <br /> <br />sota as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improvements numbered <br /> <br />62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 as finally amended and adopted on October 12, 1964 was cer- <br /> <br />tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and since that date a nuniber of parcels <br /> <br />of property contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Auditor requires that apportionment of the ori- <br /> <br />ginal as sessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order <br /> <br />that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel <br /> <br />of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NON, THEREFORE, The Village Council of the Village of Roseville does here~ <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessment against the following des- <br /> <br />cribed properties: <br />
