<br />E"xtract of' Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br /> <br />Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the <br /> <br />9th <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />August <br /> <br />, 197~ at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Moll. Councilmen Anderson. Curley. <br />Grauel and Linebarger <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 5707 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />1965-1966 CONSOLIDATED STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED <br />65-7, 65-8, 65-9, 65-37, 65-43, 66-11, 66-14 & 66-15 <br />(AUDITOR NO. 567 DIp No. 81) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of' Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for the Consolidated Storm Sewer Improvements as <br /> <br />finally amended and adopted by Resolution No. 1635 on October 10, 1966, was certi- <br /> <br />tied to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date, a number of parcels of property contained within <br /> <br />said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed and it requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment be made by the Village Council of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the <br /> <br />County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />make the following apportionment of original assessments against the following <br /> <br />described properties: <br />
