Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Aoseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1972, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following memherswere present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Grauel and Anderson and the following were absent: None Councilman c'rallel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 5815 RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO~ 55-70"'11 W-70-l2 and P-ST-70-l3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 31, 1972, the Council has directed Banister Engineering Company to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous sur- facing and concrete curb and gutter and storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances in the area generally bounded by Fairview on the east, Cleveland on the west, County Road B-2 on the south and county. Road C on the north. Banister Engineer- ing was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. '!he prel~~nary report and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the Village Manager. '!he improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. 55-10-11, W-70-l2 and P-5T-70-l3.
