<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose vi lIe, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of September, <br />1994, at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9103 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT UL-94-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City ofRoseville by the installation of a street <br />light on the southwest end of Heine I Drive filed with the council on September 26, 1994, is hereby <br />declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOT A: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is <br />instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
