<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVlLLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session <br />at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of September, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT UL-94-14 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville as follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted September 26, 1994, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to <br />prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of proposed improvement UL-94-14. <br /> <br />2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the <br />proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been <br />submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file <br />in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set <br />forth in the report is designated as improvement UL-94-14. <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on October 10, 1994, <br />at 5:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under <br />and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be <br />published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week <br />apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form (see attachment). <br /> <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for improvement UL-94-14 is <br />determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set <br />forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson P. Johnson <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
