<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a
<br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of
<br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the Village
<br />Hall in said Village on September 10, 1962, at 8:00 p.m.

<br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT
<br />BETWEEN THE BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS OF SAINT PAUL,
<br />MINNESOTA, and the VILLAGE OFROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA.
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Clerk of
<br />the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, be, and they hereby are,
<br />authorized to execute the attachec contract on behalf of the
<br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, and legally binding the
<br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, thereto.

<br />The motion for the adoption of t~e foregoing
