<br />I <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />EXT1~\CT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA HELD APRIL 29, 1974 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, <br />April 29, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, COlll1ci1men <br />Brennan, Curley, Hess aIld Demos <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Nember Curley introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6100 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO ACQUIRE TAX DELINQUENT PROPERTY. <br /> <br />whEREAS, the City has been notified that Lots 1, 2, <br />and 3 are tax-forfeited property fronting on Dale Street, and <br />available for proper public use, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the properties are not available for part <br />of development by reason of a Northern States Power easement, <br />and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Board of the City and the City <br />Council believe that the property is suitable for park and recrea- <br />tion purposes and can be improved for such purposes, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />The Mayor and Acting Manager are directed to prepare <br />an application for conveyance of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, <br />i<roiss Lakeview Addition, as tax-forfeited lands, to the City <br />of Roseville for the above public purposes. <br />
