<br />Extract of filinutes of lVleeting <br />of City Council of <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: January 13, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 13th day of January, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced the following reso- <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />6203 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND <br />PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEIvlENT NO. UL-74-22 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. By resolution adopted October 21, 1974, the Council has <br />directed the City Public Wor)cs Director to prepare a preliminary <br />report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Heine1 <br />Drive from Sandy Hook Drive to Heine1 Drive East by the installa- <br />tion of underground ornamental street lights. The Public Works <br />Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated <br />cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- <br />ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have <br />been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the <br />City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general <br />manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement <br />UL-74-22. <br />
