Extract of filinutes of lVleeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: January 13, 1975 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of January, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess and the following were absent: None Councilman Demos introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6203 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEIvlENT NO. UL-74-22 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e as follows: 1. By resolution adopted October 21, 1974, the Council has directed the City Public Wor)cs Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on Heine1 Drive from Sandy Hook Drive to Heine1 Drive East by the installa- tion of underground ornamental street lights. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement UL-74-22.
