<br />(~,:1- I <-I <br /> <br />Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 10, 1975 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 10, 1975, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan; and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. James Andre, City Manager; Robert <br />Bell, city attorney; Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br />Director; and Peter S. Popovich, city bond consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: The fourth public hearing is sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, paving, curb and gutter, Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-74-l7 - Sherren Street, Nancy Place and Sandhurst Avenue. <br />I will ask the Manager to present the legal notice. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: I have the Affidavit of Publication and <br />Certificate of Mailing for Improvement SS-W-P-74-l7. <br /> <br />MAYOR LINEBARGER: Anyone interested in this project? All <br />right, we will hear from you further on in the hearing. Mr. <br />Hanchell, will you present a summary of the improvement. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: This project was a result of a petition that <br />was received last year in August and it's basically a proposal <br />to open up some of the larger lots in this area and some of the <br />undeveloped land that is landlocked to the rear of Victoria <br />primarily, and south of Sherren, shaded in purple on the screen. <br />The proposed improvement is to construct a seven ton roadway <br />with concrete curb and gutter and the necessary utilities. Due <br />to the fact that these are rear lot proposed developments and <br />undeveloped land, there are several ways this could be developed <br />or still could be developed. There could be a series of cul- <br />de-sacs at the end of the roadways. There could be a (inaudible) <br />or there could be a system whereby you could begin at Victoria <br />
