<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD: February 24, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the <br />City Hall in said City on the 24th day of February, 1975, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor <br />Linebarger, Councilmen Curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan; <br />and the following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Demos introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6216 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN PUBLIC, <br />PLATTED STREETS WITHIN VIKS ADDITION. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted <br />notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine <br />whether or not said streets in the City of Roseville should <br />be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes <br />in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial <br />to the public interest to vacate said streets; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />vacates the public streets over the property described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Fernwood Street and <br />Service Drive contained within viks <br />Addition, according to the plat thereof <br />in Ramsey County, except that portion of <br />Service Drive located Easterly of a line <br />described as follows: Beginning at the <br />northwest corner of Lot 6; thence <br />northwesterly to a point on the north <br />right-of-way line of said Service Drive <br />located 210 feet east of the northwest <br />corner of said plat and there terminating. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by Member Brennan, and upon <br />
