EXTRACT OF rHNUTES OF t1EETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, ~lINNESOTA - HELD ~July 19, 1976 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in said City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on the 19th day of July, ,1976, at 5:00 P.t~. The following members were present: ~1ayor Demos, Councilmen Grauel, Hess and Anderson. and the following were absent: Councilman Curley. Member Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adopti on: RESOLUTION NO. 6403 VACATING THE TEN FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT THAT IS CON- TIGUOUS TO THE VACATED STREET, TURNSTONE COURT OF THE HERBST ADDITION, AND THE VACATION OF THE DRAIN- AGE EASEMENT OVER OUTLOT A I tl THE HERBST ADDITION WHEREAS, August 11, 1969, the Rasevi 11 e City Counci 1 approved the final plat Herbst Addition; and ImEREAS, such plat included the dedication of road right of way and various easements; and vlflEREAS, on f'1ay 17, 1976, the City Council approved a rep 1 at of this identical area to be known as Duddleston Lakeview; and WHEREAS, the road ri ght of way and previ aus easements dedi cated are no longer needed; and WHEREAS, the road right of way previously dedicated has already been vacated, iWW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e vacate the following easements as dedicated in Herbst Addition 1. A perpetual easement for drainage and underground storm sewer drai nage together "Ii th a perpetual easement for ingress-egress to maintain storm sewer pipes and to faci- litate drainage over outlot A Herbst Addition as created by that certain instrument filed for record on February 19, 1970, as document number 543703 in the offi ce of Registrar of Titles for Ramsey County, f',linnesota, and 2.
