<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA-HELD - JULY 11, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thdreof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, July 11, <br />1977, at 7-:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Demos, Hess, <br />Anderson, Curley and Grauel (Councilman Grauel presided <br />at the meeting.) <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />t1ember Anderson introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6515 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated a <br />Municipal State Aid Street under the provision s of the ~1innesota Laws <br />of 1959, Chapter 500; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />HIGHCREST ROAD <br />FROM WEST COUNTY ROAD D (37th Avenue) to COUNTY ROAD C-2 (33rd Avenue) <br /> <br />be and hereby is established, located and designated a r1unicipal State Aid <br />Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways <br />of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution <br />to the Commissioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his <br />approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be <br />constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the <br />City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Counci 1 - member June Demos and upon a . 'vote bei ng taken the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
