Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Hinnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the 11th day of July , 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Members Hess, Anderson, Curley and Grauel Mayor Demos, Council and the following were absent: None Councilman Hess introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6521 RESOLUTION RELATING TO INPROVEfmNT NO. P-SS-W-76-l5 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPAPATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSD/'iENT WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. P-SS- W-76-l5 of the City of Roseville consisting of the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances in the area bounded by Arthur Street on the west, 250 feet west of Fairview on the east; 950 feet south of County Road D on the south; and 650 feet south of County Road 0 on the north, also known as Hedlund Southview Addition; and ~mEREAS, the contract price for such and the other expenses incurred or to be of said improvement amount to $ 8,064.12 cost of the improvement Nill be $ 44,6f1.6'd the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share improvement is $ 36,547.48 incurred in the making so that the total 1 and of this cost of the cost. NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 44,611.62
