<br />Extract of Minutes of r1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, r1innesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on ~1onday, the 13th day of <br /> <br />February, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and Councilmen Anderson, Franke & Kehr; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6610 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-78-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville, on South Owasso Boulevard between Kent <br /> <br />Street and Sandy Hook Drive by the installation of storm sewer <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on February <br /> <br />3, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by the required per- <br />centage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to \'lhether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
