<br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on
<br />the fourteenth day of August, 1995, at 5:30 o'clock p.m.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson and V. Johnson, and
<br />the following were absent: None.

<br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1995 assessment roll for the following

<br />Councilmember Mastel introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL
<br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS
<br />
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, that the proposed 1995 assessment
<br />roll for the following projects: M-94-01, P-93-10, P-93-16-47, P-94-02-44, P-94-02-61, P-94-
<br />02-65, P-94-02-69, P-94-02-48, P-94-02-50, P-94-02-52, P-94-02-53, ST-94-04, P-94-06, P-94-
<br />09, UL-95-13, now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager is
<br />approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notices that the Council will meet to
<br />consider the proposed assessments on September 11, 1995, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center
<br />Drive, in the City ofRoseville at 7:15 o'clock p.m.
