<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD - FEBRUARY 13, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held <br />at the City Hall in said city on Monday, February 13, 1978, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley, <br />Council.nen Kehr, Anderson and Franke <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Demos <br /> <br />Member Anderson <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6613 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the street hereinaf~er described should be designated a Municipal State <br />Aid Street under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1959, Chapter 500; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville that the road described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />ROSELAWN AVENUE <br />FROM SNELLING AVE. (TH 51) to CLEVELAND AVE. <br /> <br />be and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid <br />Street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways <br />of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolutionto the Com- <br />missioner of Highways for his consideration, and that upon his approval of <br />the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, <br />improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of <br />Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid Street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council member Kehr and upon a vote being taken the <br />following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
