<br />EXTRACI' OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF rosEVIILE, MINNFSOI'A - HElD <br /> <br />February 27, 1978 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the <br />City council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on the 27th day of February, 1978, <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The follC1Ning rrembers were present: Mayor DeIros, counci1rren Curley, <br />Kehr, Franke and Anderson <br /> <br />and the follC1Ning were absent: N:me <br /> <br />M:mlber Olrley introduced the following resolution and rroved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RFSOLtJrION NO. 6615 <br /> <br />WHERF..AS, the Roseville City Council on November 14, 1977 adopted <br />a resolution opposing the selection of the Bethel College site for a <br />Job Corps Training Center, and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is felt an intensive study of the potintial environ- <br />nental i.npact of the proposed training center is necessary, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Roseville City Council supports <br />the Corro-Falcon Camlunity Coalition's request that an Envirornnental <br />Irrpact Staterrent be canpleted before any additional action is taken at <br />the Bethel College site. <br /> <br />'Ihe notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by r.:errber Franke and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor of the resolution: All Present <br /> <br />And the following voted against sane: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
