<br />Extract of Hinutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 27th day <br />of February, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6616 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-78-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the installation <br /> <br />of a semaphore signal on Fairview Avenue at the west entrance <br /> <br />to Rosedale Shopping Center, filed with the Council on February <br />27, 1978, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
