EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- ta was duly held on the 28th day of August, 1995 at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke, and the following were absent: Wiski and V. Johnson. Member P. Johns~ntroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 92ll RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1996 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. Johnson, and Goedeke, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
