RESOLUTION CONTINUING ASSESSMENT HEARINGS TO SEPTEMBER 25, 1995 WHEREAS, the City Council held public hearings on September 11, 1995, for special assessment rolls; and WHEREAS, questions and objections regarding the assessment rolls were raised by property owners at the public hearings;
