Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota May 21, 1979 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, May 21, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- men Anderson, Curley, and Kehr; and the following was absent: Councilman Franke. Also present were Mr. James F. Andre, City Manager; Mr. Roger Jensen of Peterson, Bell and Converse, City Attorneys; Mr. Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; and Mr. Fred N. Peterson, Jr. of Peterson, Popovich, Knutson & Flynn, City bond consultants. Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6819 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR THE CON- STRUCTION OF THE SERVICE ROAD IN IMPROVE- MENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-SW-79-4 WHEREAS plans for the construction of the service road on the east side of Snelling Avenue from 250 feet north of County Road C-2 to 1320 feet south of County Road C-2 have been prepared by the State of Minnesota; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that the plans prepared by the State of Minnesota relating to the construction of the service road on the east side of Snelling Avenue from 250 feet north of County Road C-2 to 1320 feet south of County Road C-2 are hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; All; and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
