<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 19th day <br /> <br />of November, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley and <br /> <br />Council members Franke, Kehr and Anderson; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6901 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-79-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Farrington Street between Roma Avenue <br /> <br />and Dionne Street by the installation of sanitary sewer main, <br /> <br />water services and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />November 19, 1979, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of <br /> <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost <br />
