<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD February 9, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 9, <br />1981, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Franke <br />and the following were absent:None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7102 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of <br />the State of Minnesota, the City Council is required to adopt a <br />budget and establish employee compensation for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1981 and ending December 31, 1981; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville that the City adopt the Supervisory and <br />Confidential Employee Compensation Pay Plan dated January, 1981. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan include the <br />following classifications and salary ranges for certain City <br />employees in 1981: <br /> <br />Classification <br /> <br />1981 <br />Yearly Salary Ranges <br /> <br />Clubhouse Supervisor <br />License Supervisor <br />Police Secretary <br />Liquor Store Supervisor <br />Administrative Secretary <br />Golf Course Superintendent <br />Engineering Supervisor <br /> <br />$11,100 - <br />12,300 - <br />12,300 - <br />13,400 - <br />14,900 - <br />19,700 - <br />21,700 - <br /> <br />$13,900 <br />15,400 <br />15,400 <br />16,700 <br />18,600 <br />24,600 <br />27,100 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed <br /> <br />and adopted. <br />
