<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br /> <br />March 9, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 9, <br />1981, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Demos, Kehr <br />and Franke. <br />and the following were absent: Johnson. <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7124 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Avenue from Dale Street to Rice Street <br />is a Municipal State Aid Street, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-four <br />foot wide designs; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited <br />on the south side of Minnesota Avenue (MSA Mo. 160-223) <br />from Dale Street to Rice Street, identified as Roseville Project <br />80-10 be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is <br />hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of <br />this resolution to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing was duly seconded <br />by t~ember Kehr and upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
