Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of July, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7206 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7167 RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-81-7 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7167, adopted by the City Council of the City of Roseville on June 1, 1981, the Council ordered the construction of Improvement No. P-81-7 and the preparation of plans and specifications therefor, consisting of the installa- tion of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and nece~sary appurtenances on Merrill Street from Woodhill Drive to County. Road C-2 and on Judith Avenue from Merrill street to Dellwood Street and on Terrace Drive from Merrill Street to Dellwood Street. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the Council hereby rescinds Resolution No. 7167 ordering the construction of Improvement No. P-81-7 and the preparation of plans and specifications therefor. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Curley, Kehr and Johnson; and the following voted against the same: Mayor Demos and Councilman Franke; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
