<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 27th day of July, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absen t : None. <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7212 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7195 <br />PROVIDING FOR AN ASSESSMENT <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-79-l2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7195 adopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Qoseville on July 13, 1981, an assessment <br />hearing was called for Improvement No. P-ST-79-l2 on Monday, <br />August 10, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the hearing <br />should be held on Wed~esday, August 12, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. in the City Hall of the City of Roseville. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville that the Council shall meet at the City Hall, <br />2660 Civic center Drive, in said City, on August 12, 1981, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding an assessment <br />hearing on Improvement No. P-ST-79-l2. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said reso- <br /> <br />lution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
