<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ROSEVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL - HELD AUGUST 10, 1981 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />in the City Hall of said City on Monday, August 10, 1981, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Franke, Kehr and Johnson <br />and the following were absent: Curley <br /> <br />Member Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7218 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has determined that certain <br />tax forfeited lands described as follows are required for roadway <br />purposes: <br /> <br />Subject to easement, the South 30 feet of Lot 3 <br />and subject to easements, <br />the South 30 feet of the West 124.46 feet of Lot 4 <br />and the South 30 feet of the East 124.47 feet of Lot 4, <br />and (except the West 124.46 feet and except the North <br />176 feet of the East 154.47 feet and except the East <br />124.47 feet(, Lot 4, Thornton's Subdivision of the N.E. <br />1/4 of Section 13, Town 29, Range 23, (Code Nos.: 79-74900- <br />100-03 and 79-74900-170-04); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials <br />be and hereby are authorized to make an application for conveyance of <br />said tax forfeited lands for roadway purposes; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and hereby is <br />authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution and appli- <br />cation for conveyance of said tax forfeited lands in the Office of <br />the Land Commissioner. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against. None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
