EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL - HELD AUGUST 10, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall of said City on Monday, August 10, 1981, at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Johnson and the following were absent: Curley Member Kehr then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7218 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has determined that certain tax forfeited lands described as follows are required for roadway purposes: Subject to easement, the South 30 feet of Lot 3 and subject to easements, the South 30 feet of the West 124.46 feet of Lot 4 and the South 30 feet of the East 124.47 feet of Lot 4, and (except the West 124.46 feet and except the North 176 feet of the East 154.47 feet and except the East 124.47 feet(, Lot 4, Thornton's Subdivision of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 13, Town 29, Range 23, (Code Nos.: 79-74900- 100-03 and 79-74900-170-04); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials be and hereby are authorized to make an application for conveyance of said tax forfeited lands for roadway purposes; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this resolution and appli- cation for conveyance of said tax forfeited lands in the Office of the Land Commissioner. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against. None WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
