<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, mNNESOTA -HELD MARCH 8, 1982 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called <br />and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 8, 1982 at <br />7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Member Johnson introduced the following Resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7323 <br /> <br />WHEREAS Oakcrest Avenue <br /> <br />from Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />to Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />is a Municipal State Aid Street and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards, <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for thirty-four foot <br />wide designs. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on <br /> <br />the north <br /> <br />side of <br /> <br />Oakcrest <br /> <br />(r~.S.A. No. 228 <br /> <br />from Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />to Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />identified as Roseville Project No. SS-W-P-8l-l4 <br /> <br />be adopted. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolu- <br /> <br />tion to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />
