'" . ne.o In the Citv Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following meDoers were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August 16, 1982, Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution and moved ~ ~ ~ -~~ adoption: Resolution No. 7400 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-80-28 BE IT RESOL\~D by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for Improvement No. P-80-28 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter ~29, as amended, and notice ha~ been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. 2.
