<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Co:...mcil <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~innesota <br /> <br />Hela: August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of ~oseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />~eld in the City Hall in said Citv ~~ Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />CouncilDen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessmen~ hearing held on August <br /> <br />18, 1982, Councilman Kehr introduce6 the following resolution and <br /> <br />moveo its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7.:j,04 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING hND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-80-26 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cou~cil of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Improvement No. SS-W-P-80-26 against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been <br />duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to <br />cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, 2nc notice has been duly <br />mailed a~d published, as required by law, that this Council would <br />meet to hear, consider and pass upo~ all objections, if any, and <br />said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been <br />open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to <br />all interested persons to present t~eir objections, if any, to <br />such proposed assessments. <br /> <br />2.
