<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Held: August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />A:ter a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August <br /> <br />18, 1982, Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7407 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR CONSOLIDATED IMPROVEMENT NO. P-8l-6 AND P-8l-8 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />. Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Consolidated Improvement No. P-81-6 and P-8l-8 <br />against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected <br />thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, <br />without regard to cash valuation, in accordance with the provi- <br />sions of Minnesota Statutes, C~2pter 429, as amended, and notice <br />has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this <br />Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objec- <br />tions, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times <br />since its filing been open for public inspection, and an oppor- <br />tunity has been given to all interested persons to present their <br />objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. <br /> <br />2. This Council, having heard and considered all objections <br />-- p~ese~~ea, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that <br />each of the lots, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the <br />proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the <br />
