<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Co~ncil <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~innesota <br /> <br />Held: <br /> <br />August 23, 1982 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />or the City Councilor the City or ~oseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said Citv on Monday, the 23rd day of <br /> <br />August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Council~en Curley, Franke, Kehr a~d Johnsoni and the following <br /> <br />were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held en August <br /> <br />18, 1982, Councilman Franke introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />ano ~cved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution ~o. 7408 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. P-79-21 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL\rnD by the City Cou~cil of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Improvement No. P-79-21 against every assessable <br />lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly <br />calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash <br />valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, =nd notice has been duly <br />mailed a~d published, as required by law, that this Council would <br />meet to hear, consider and pass u?o~ all objections, if any, and <br />said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been <br />open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to <br />all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to <br />such proposed assessments. <br /> <br />nlS Council, having hea_6 and considered all objections <br />C~r !J~~~E~ted, and being fully adv~s~~ in tIle premises, finds tl1at <br />~C~l' of :he lOtS, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the <br />proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the <br />
