Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, ~innesota Held: August 23, 1982 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of August, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August 16, 1982, Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7419 RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVE~~NT NO. 55-81-18 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this ~ime for Improvement No. 58-81-18 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to cash valuation, in accordance wit~ the provisions of Minnesota statu:es, Chapter 429, as amended, a~d notice has been duly mailed and published, as required b~ law, that this Council would meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to all interested persons to present t~eir objections, if any, to such proposed assessments. 2. This Council, having hearc and considered all objections presented, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that each of the lots, pieces and parcels of land enumerated in the proposed assessment was and is specially benefited by the
