<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1314 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration on PF3548, the following property, located at 1017 and 1021 <br />Larpenteur Avenue, is hereby rezoned as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1 Greenhouse Village <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned from Retail Business District (B-2) to General Business District <br />(B-3); and <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1 Greenhouse Village <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned from Retail Business District (B-2) and Single Family <br />Residence District to Town Home District (R-6) <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code shall <br />take effect upon: <br /> <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of the final plat with Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Passed this 31 st day of January 2005. <br />
