<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1321 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 1445 COUNTY ROAD B FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) <br />TO RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Panning File 3642, the following property, located at 1445 <br />County Road B and legally described as: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 2, Zimmerman Office Park <br />PIN 10-29-23-34-0005 <br /> <br />is hereby rezoned from Limited Business District (B-1) to Retail Business District (B-2). <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br />Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br /> <br />1.
