Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City <br /> Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. Councilmember Etten was absent. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Schroeder moved, Strahan seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Mr. Etienne Djevi, Sherren Street W and Mr. Rick Sanders, McCarrons Boulevard. <br /> Mr. Djevi explained that he and Mr. Sanders are a part of the Juneteenth Celebration <br /> Committee and were at the meeting to thank the City and invite the Council to the event <br /> on June 17 at Central Park from 11 am to 3pm. He reviewed the activities that are going to <br /> be at the celebration this year. <br /> Mr. Sanders explained this event is a family event with food and fun activities. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Public Hearing and Approve Resolutions Approving the Vacation of Multiple <br /> Streets Easements and Rights-of-Way <br /> Assistant City Engineer Stephanie Smith briefly highlighted this item as detailed in <br /> the Request for Council Action and related attachments dated June 5, 2023. <br /> Ms. Smith indicated staff has received several comments from the public via phone <br /> calls and emails but the majority of them have been asking what the vacation <br />
