Lf( 1 <br /> <br />W~, M1dla.Dd Cbnstruct10n Cb., as developer has pla.tted <br />FAIRVIEW HEIGIn'S PLAT 3 and therein dedicated certain streets lmown as <br />Millwood Avenue, Russell Cburt, and stanbridge Avenue and pursuant to <br />certain provisions of Village Ordiance, has undertaken to grade and <br />stabili ze or cause to be grsd.ed and stab1li zed and has duly fi1ed its <br />bonds for the com'P1etion of construction of said streets within said <br />'Pat as follows: <br />MII..U100D AVENUE from A1dine Street to Cbunty D:>ad C-2 <br />RUSSELL COURT from 1u'dia Avenue south to cul-de-sac <br />STANBRIDGE AVBNUB from Aldine street to Millwood Avenue, and <br />WBERE.PS, Midla.nd Cbnstruction Cbmpany has t11ed and a1so made its <br />request for approvaJ. and the finaJ. acceptance of said streets by the <br />Village of D:>seville, and, <br />WBERE.N3, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said <br />streets, and tiled his certificate indicating that the construction of <br />said streets has been comp1eted in acco:rdance with a1.l the requirements <br />of the Village O:rd1nance and recommends the acceptance of said streets <br />by the Village. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets - <br />Millwood Avenue from A1.d1ne Street to Cbunty D:>ad C-2, Russell Cburt <br />from I\Yd1a' Avenue south to cu1-de-sac, and Stanbridge Avenue from <br />Ald1ne Street to Millwood Avenue - located. in FAIRVIEW HEIGmB PLAT 3, <br />be and are hereby accepted. by the V1llage of D:>seville as V1llage Streets <br />and M:ld1and Cbnstruction Company, as developer, and United Pa.cific <br />Insurance Cbmpany, bonding company for above described Russell Cburt <br />
