What condition is the County anticipating the site being turned over to from the <br />deveioper? <br />Gre� Mack, Director response: The County expects that all remediation work is <br />completed. The plan would provide guidance to the developer far possible mitigation <br />work that could be undertaken on this property �o meet obligations an �lie averall site. <br />For example, wetland mitigation required for filiing other wetlands during road <br />construction could be satisfied on this site. It is important to employ a planful approach <br />that will be mutually benef cial. <br />John Moriarty, representing Ramsey County Parks and Recrea�ion will be in attendance to <br />bz-iefly present the plan and answer any questions. The County wauld like to secure the City of <br />Arden Hill's canc�u�rence with the Plan so that we can work tageiher on achieving common goals <br />for the wildlife corridor. <br />RECOMMENDAT�ON <br />Sta��recornmends a motion to adopt Resolution 2008-36: Resalution Appro�ing the Rice Creek <br />North Regional Trail Wildlife Cozxidor Habitai Restoration Plan. <br />
