Ordinance 2010-012 <br />1. The te�porary structures shall not be permanently attached to the <br />ground; <br />2. The temporary structure shall not be attached to other pera�xzanent <br />structures. <br />3. The temporary structure shall only be used for non-commerciaf <br />purposes. <br />Subd. 7 Accessory Structures in Exceptional az�d Un.usual Circumstances in all <br />Zoning Districts. Deviations from ihese requiremenis may he permitted after <br />Planning Cornrnission review and City Council approval of a site plan in accordance <br />with Section 1355.Q4 Subd 5 and with documentation showing the unusual <br />circumstances justifying the proposed deviatian and plans for the propased accessory <br />structure. Under no circumstances shaIl fi�e total floor area of an accessory structure <br />associated with a residential use in the R-1, R-2, and R-3 disiricts exceed one <br />thousand four hundred az�d fifty-eight (1,458) square feet without an approved <br />variance that �x�.eets the requiremenis of Section 1355.04 Subd 4. Under no <br />cicumstances shall the total floor area of an accessory structure associated with a non- <br />residential us in the R-1, R-2, and R-3 districts e�ceed two thousaand one hundred <br />eighty-four (2,184) square feet without an approved variance that rneets the <br />reqlurements of Section 1355.04 Subd. 4. <br />Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective the day following its publication. <br />Adontion Date.
