Lake Johanna Fire Department Capital Expenditures MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a motion to _approve the Consent Calendar and to authorize execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4- 5. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS 4B. Rice Creek Watershed District Maintenance Agreements — 2007 Pavement Management Program and 2010 Pavement Management Program Councilmember Holmes stated on page 1 of the Maintenance Agreement, "[NAME AND DESCRIPTION OF PUBLIC ENTITY WITH WHICH AGREEMENTS IS TO BE MADE]" should be replaced with"Arden Hills, Minnesota," before the document is presented for signature. MOTION: Councilmember Holmes moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to Approve Maintenance Agreements for Stormwater Mana ement Facilities_ Between Rice Creek Watershed District and the City of Arden Hills for the 2007 Pavement Mana ement Pro ram and the 2010 Pavement Management Program with the recommended change. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). 4C. Resolution 2011-003: Awarding the Indian Oaks Court Pond Maintenance Project to Belair Excavating, Inc. of New Brighton, Minnesota, in the Amount of S18,713.00 Councilmember Holmes asked for clarification on the $25,913.00 amount for the pond dredging listed on page 2 of the Council memo and the $18,713.00 being requested in the motion. She asked why there was a difference in these amounts.
