Each bag or set of bags wili have a identifying rnarker clearly identifying ihe <br />materiats for calEEetio�, Residents wil� be tnstructed io avaid ihe use of paper bags a�d <br />baxes; h�wever, materials set out in these coniainers are acceptable �rovic�ed that the <br />materiais E�ave not been ex�osed to rain ar snow. Such insurance shalt be ir� force on the date of executian of <br />the contraci ancf shal� rema�n cant�nuously �r� force �or the d�ration of the con�ract. Tf�e <br />Contraeto� shall have the City of Arden Hills r�amed as an addifional insured on each <br />insurance poficy speci�ied below, unl�ss the Contractor submifs in writing this is not feasible <br />fof a specific insurance poficy. The C�ntrac�or shaEl then �ro�ide certificates of irtsurance to <br />�he City by approxima#e1y Decem�er 15 of each year.
