The insurar�ce policy provides $1,000,040 each occurrenc� and $1,qQa,�Oa aggregate limit of liabifity for each year. The Contraetor shaii require any of its subeontractors to cornply wit�t these provisions. 4Q. Transfer of interest The Contractor sha[! not assign arty in�erest in the contract, and shaif not trar�sfer any interest in the eontract, either by assig�rment or no�ation, withaut the pr�ar written approval of the City. T�e Contractor shall not subcontract any services t�nder this contract without prior w�itten approval a# if�e City_ Failure to abtain such written approva! by tF�e City priar ta any such assignrr�ent or subcontract shafl be grounds for Emmediate contract ierm�nation. The Contracfor currently subcontrac#s fo provide service to o�d corrugated containers (OCC} custom�rs that require dumpsfer capacity. This subcontract is anr�uai artd the Con�ractor wilf natify the City in writing �# there is a change in provide�s. 4�, Non-Assigr�a6ility and Bankruptcy The parties hereby agree that ti�e Coniractor shall have no right to assign or trans�Fer its rights and afi�ligatior�s under saic# agreement without writter� approva[ frorn th� City. In the eve�i, the Contractor, its successors or assigns files for Bar�kruptcy as provid�d by federaf Eaw, this agreement shail be immediately deemed null and void relie�ing a�� parties of their contract rights a�c� obligations. 17
