This anaIysis deenonstrates that ik�e <br />greatest benefit far noise abate�ent re�ates ta our z�eighborhood and that tbe majority oFthe <br />funding for this nozse al�aternEnt will be ca�ered b� Mr�/Dofi zxzinim�m crrteria with o�1y a sa�aaall <br />amount of funding from tk�e Cily. <br />P�ease re�ievu this information an� incorporate it into the noise abatement discussian at <br />this time. We reali.ze that a f�nc�ing �equest has been made by MnCDot and should also inc]ude <br />any potentiat fundin� �hortfall for the West side o� Highway 1 Q{Easi Round Lake <br />neighUo�rnood) wk�ich is most affected froin this road reconstruction. <br />Ttie Mn/Dot Noise Study aetailed in �the April :14, 2Q08 Councii packet 7B is tl�e <br />refere�ce point for our concerns for the Eas# Round Lake neigl�borhQod.
