Manufact�ring that requires outdoor starage of bulk, raw or finishec� <br />rnateriais used in or resulting from the manufacturing process. <br />K. Manufacturing ar processing that generates hazardous waste without a <br />valid Hazardaus Waste Generator's license from tt�e Ramsey County Public <br />Health Department. <br />L. Uses that the City may determine are incompatible with its objectives or <br />with development as it �ay accur, thereby imposi�g or estabIishing new or <br />unforeseen standards. <br />Subd. b Development Standards. <br />A. Minirs�um pro�ect and lot size. <br />I. Except as otherwise speci�cally set forth in this Section, a mixed-use <br />projeet within a GB District shall cantain a�ninimum of twenty (20) <br />aeres. The proposed Iand uses in such a project at�d their mix, intensity <br />and relationship may reyuire varying lot sizes within said project, none of <br />which lots shalI be less that� five (S) acres in size except as otherwise <br />pertnitted herein. <br />2. Lots of less than five (5) acres within a nnixed use project rnay be <br />permitted only when the applicant has demonstrated satisfactorily that: <br />a. The lot will be the site of a use that wzll be corr�patible with and <br />will eomplennent and en�aazaee existing and p�anned busirzesses. <br />b.
