A drive-thru window addiiion was completed in I983, and a second addition was completed in 1989 that included office space and a second drive-thru window. At this time, the applicants are proposing to dernolish the existing building and reconstruct a new McDonald's restaurant in its place. The parking and drive-ihru configuration would also be modified under the proposed plan. The property is located within the B2 General Busin�ss Districi. In October 200$, the City adopted the Guiding Plan for the B2 District along with deszgn standards within �lie Zoning Code. The Guiding �lan outlines the vision for the B2 District and details guidelines for new developrnenf in this area. AlI new construction within the B2 Di�trict is now �equired to go through the PUD pracess and to conform to the City's design standards far nevsr develapment. Project Proposal and Process 1. Project Descri�tion The proj ect wo�ld be completed in a single phase. The existing building would be razed. The proposed site plar� wou�d reorient the front entrance oi the building, along with an outdoor seating area, to face Co�nty Road E.
